Case Against Woman Accused Of Killing Pastor Heads To Grand Jury

The case against a woman accused of killing a Memphis pastor is headed to a grand jury. Latoshia Daniels waived her preliminary hearing during a court appearance yesterday. Daniels allegedly shot and killed Mississippi Boulevard Christian Church executive pastor Brodes Perry and wounded his wife in their Collierville apartment last month. Daniels is charged with murder, attempted murder and assaulting a police officer, among other charges.
