Meanwhile, in Memphis, one firefighter was injured while fighting a blaze at a car repair shop Wednesday. That fire broke out on the Bluff City’s north side near North Highland and CHelsea. The firefighter was taken to a hospital for heat exhaustion. A spokesman at the scene said that the car repair shop will likely be a total loss. Nobody was inside and it took crews over an hour to get the fire under control.
