Horn Lake voters must return to the polls on Tuesday to decide a runoff election for the at large alderman seat. On election day, Danny Klein brought in 525 votes to Chad Engelke’s 326. Regina Morris finished third, with 202 votes. In a three person race, the winner must get at least 50 percent, plus one, of the total votes cast. That means Klein finished two votes shy of the 50 percent plus one majority.
