The U.S. Marshals Service says the second of three teenagers who escaped from a Tennessee detention center has been captured. The 17-year-old was arrested Tuesday in Chattanooga. The Marshals Service says he escaped with the other two juveniles last Wednesday from Wilder Youth Development Center in Somerville, where he was being held on a homicide charge. Another teen was caught the next day. He was being held on four charges of aggravated robbery.
