MLGW has not been immune to the worker shortage affecting much oft he entire country. MLGW said Monday that bill payers will notice the biggest trouble in customer service. If you can’t get through on the MLGW main phone line, it’s because the utility says it can’t find enough cvustomer service workers to fill those roles. Some community payment centers that have been closed since March of last year remain closed today because MLGW can’t hire workers to staff them.
