On the heels of a school massacre in Texas, Mempohis parents were on high alert Thursday after White Station High School was placed on lockdown. Memphis Polcie said a student brought a gun to school. Administration learned of the handgun due to a tip from another student. The male student was detained and the gun was recovered. There were no reports of any threats made.
