Memphis Police have identified two women as people of interest in a homicide case. On August 16th, Kenneth Sparks was killed. He was found slumped over the steering wheel of his car on Churchill Street. An autopsy revealed he’d been shot to death. Witnesses saw two people running south from the scene.
