Shelby County, MSCS and Germantown have reached atentative deal on the 3G’s and funding for a new high school in Cordova. The issue has been debated for years, but was brought to the forefront because of a new state law that takes effect in January. Germantown Middle and Elementary schools will become property of the City of Germantown at the end of the agreement term. MSCS will build a new $100 million high school.
