The Tennessee Transportation Department says crews will close the I-55 Mississippi River bridge to continue construction on the Crump interchange project. Crews will be setting beams for the new Wisconsin Road bridge. They will also work on the crossover at the east end of the bridge. The I-55 brodge over the Mississippi River at Memphis will close at 8pm Friday night, and won’t reopen until Monday morning around 6am.
