Two men from northern Mississippi have ben ordered to serve a year of probation and pay 30-thousand dollars in fines – for illegally jkilling a white tailed deer in Tenneesse, and then transporting the carcass across state lines into Mississippi. 42 year old Chriostopher Lee Jones, of Hernando, and 42 year old Heath Harris, of Senatobia, each pleaded guilty to violating the federal Lacey Act for the Decemberm 2019, incident. The feds also said the pair did not have a hunting license.
