The end of an era at the end of this month in Memphis, as the Hard Rock Cafe will cose on July 30th, for good. The restaurant opened in 1997 at 315 Beale Street before moving to 126 Beale in 2014. With the lease expiring at the end of the month, the business has chosen to close after more than 25 years of serving the Memphis community. There had even been talks of opening a Hard Rock Hotel in downtown Memphis, but discussions on the project stalled.
